Shipping Policy

Herbal products are available for shipping to South Carolina addresses only. At this time, I do not ship herbal products outside of South Carolina. Any order placed with a shipping address outside of South Carolina will be canceled and refunded.

Shipped herbal products will be packaged in kraft paper bags rather than glass jars to reduce the risk of breakage and minimize the environmental impact of shipping. Local customers are encouraged to choose local pickup so that I can continue using reusable glass packaging.

I am a birth worker and may be balancing orders alongside being on call for families. I will do my best to prepare and ship orders as promptly as possible, but please allow additional time during busy periods or when I am attending a birth. I appreciate your patience and understanding.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. I am not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible so I can review the issue and determine how best to help.

Shipping does not include local pickup orders. For local pickup, I will contact you by email using the email address provided at checkout to coordinate your pickup.
