Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been provided, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be offered.

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact me and I will do my best to help resolve the issue.

Herbal Products

Because herbal products are consumable and prepared specifically for use, all herbal product sales are final and non-refundable. I cannot accept returns or offer refunds on herbal products once they have been purchased.

For personalized herbal blends, the product is prepared specifically for you following your herbal wellness session and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you believe there is an issue with the product, please contact me as soon as possible so I can review the situation and determine how best to help.

By purchasing an herbal product, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description and are responsible for determining whether the product is appropriate for your individual circumstances. Herbal products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
