A tea blend created uniquely for you, crafted through a personalized herbal wellness session where we explore your current season of life, your wellness goals, and the traditional gifts of supportive herbs.

During your herbal wellness session, we will take time to discuss your individual needs, including areas such as nourishment, stress support, digestion, sleep, women’s wellness, pregnancy, postpartum, and overall vitality. Together, we will thoughtfully select herbs that align with your body’s needs and create a custom blend designed specifically for you.

After our session, I will carefully prepare your personalized tea blend using high quality herbs and package it in a reusable glass jar for local pickup.

Each blend is handcrafted with intention and care, honoring the traditional relationship between women and the plants that have supported generations before us. Your custom tea is a reminder that wellness is personal, seasonal, and connected to your unique needs.

Preparation & Sustainability

All of my herbal remedies are prepared with care in my home and packaged in reusable glass jars as part of my commitment to sustainability and reducing unnecessary waste. When you return your empty jar during a future local pickup, I will gladly refill your jar and offer a $2 discount as a thank you for participating in this earth conscious practice.
